  2. Spring Fitness Challenge 17 teams 150 participants

  3. Levels There will be 3 levels: • Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced??? Your team may be moved up depending on points part way through the program.

  4. Prizes • Prizes awarded to the top 2 teams in each level. • Prizes awarded to the top 2 individual point earners in each level. • Prizes awarded to the top 2 individuals overall for BMI. • Prizes will be announced at the end of March, once all changes are made.

  5. BMI • Weigh-ins are not mandatory

  6. Points - are awarded for intensity and duration • you may be asked for verification • are divided by the number of participants on the team • must be entered within 7 days of the activity (contact us about vacations)

  7. T-shirts Will arrive in about 2 weeks. Captains will be asked to pick up shirts for the entire team.

  8. Getting Fit the Right Way Personal Training package special for SFC participants! Purchase 4 sessions with Michael for only $28! ($45 value) *new clients only

  9. Eating Better A nutritionist will be on hand for individual consultations during the 3rd week of the challenge.

  10. More team building New last year – we added a team competition – to get teams involved and competing for fun. Team participants will earn points, toward the team competition, for participating in designated team activities, such as dodgeball, classes, games, etc.

  11. Information We will have informational sessions From a nutritionist, personal trainer and therapist. These can help you get motivated and ready for the challenge!
