    22. 22 What we didn’t anticipate The complexities of inter-jurisdictional planning GI outbreak among the RCMP The “all for some” approach to IPP health supports difficulty obtaining supplies except for dignitaries Differing perspectives across stakeholders Attitude toward protesters
