  3. Mobile Phones reminder. Off or silent or meeting mode. • Fire drill. • Tea & Coffee breaks. • Loos outside and in reception. • Lunch. Buffet choice including vegetarian. • Finish Time. 4:45 latest. • Shuttle buses via the concierge in reception.

  4. NAMETAGS & SECURITY • Venue insists that conference delegates wear can be clearly identified whenever they are in the building. • But also considerate to those who want to know who’s who?
