  2. Senior English 1/24/12 • Failure is an opportunity to begin again more intelligently. Henry Ford. • If you aren’t feeling well what should you do? • Brainstorm – sudden madness. Goals – Practice defining Technical terms. Homework – Complete both practice and warm-ups from page 40.

  3. Senior English 1/25/12 • None of us knows what is ahead…. The important thing is that we use today wisely…, and face tomorrow eagerly… with the certainty that we shall be equal to what it brings. Canning Pollock. • What is worse than a centipede with athlete’s foot? • Bumf – paperwork. Short for the slang word, bumfodder… toilet paper. Goals - Focus on creating clear and effective Three part sentence definitions. Homework – Make sure that the practice is completed for tomorrow. I will be assigning 50 points.
