  7. BASIC MODEL • Basic model is designed for domesticpurpose • Person entering just has to step on the device mounted with the Carpet • There are two inlets : • One on top of the reservoir • Other from the side which can be used when the reservoir is to be concealed

  8. Level of the disinfectant can be controlled through Float valve • An outlet is provided for letting out the used disinfectant • When the disinfectant gets dirty, it is let out and fresh disinfectant is poured • Use of disinfectant is based on the intensity of Usage

  9. ADVANTAGES • Simple Mechanism • Easy in Operation • Cost Effective DISADVANTAGES • Used only for wetting Sole of Shoes • Dirt is not automatically removed

ADVANCED MODEL • This is an upgraded version of Basic Model • Power is Supplied through 12V battery (AC is converted to DC) • Shafts carrying Bristles are driven by a Motor of speed 80rpm • Shafts are Belt driven through Aluminum Pulleys • Used Disinfectant passes through a filter by Gravity flow

  11. Filtered Disinfectant in the base tank is pumped to Working tank • A 12V DC pump is used • Filter can be removed and cleaned timely • The whole outfit, bearings are made of Stainless Steel

  12. ADVANTAGES • Battery Operated • Rotating shafts carrying Bristles provide greater degree of Cleansing • Easy in Operation • Automatic cleaning of disinfectant through Filters • Highly Efficient • Economical for Mass production
