Principales reuniones y actividades celebradas • Washington: Brookings Institution(VandaFelbab-Brown), Universidad de Maryland (Peter Reuter), Wilson Center (conferencia con 30 personas de thinktanks y gobierno federal), Wola, Dialogo Interamericano. • Nueva York: Open Society (programa sobre politica de drogas en Estados Unidos y programa para AmericaLatina), Human RightsWatch, Secretaria Ejecutiva de Cepal, Administradora Adjunta y Director para America Latina del PNUD, Directora para America Latina de la División de Asuntos Políticos, DrugPolicy Alliance (EthanNadelman).
