  3. Administrative Fee Reduced by 30%! • Monthly Participant Fee Reduced to $2.50! • Savings of $1.10 per month • For HCSA only, DCAP only, or both • Charged to participant account on pre-tax basis • Deducted in first pay period of each month

  4. Lower HCSA Minimum Election for 2015 * This may increase by $50 subject to IRS regulations

  5. 2015 Open Enrollment • October 14 through December 5 • Current participants must re-enroll online • www.asiflex.com • New participants complete form and return to you • Coordinators send to ASIFlex by fax or email • Information also available at www.mass.gov/gic/fsa

ASIFlex HCSA Card • No follow-up documentation required for transactions that match health plan co-payments • Keep in mind: participants must save receipts as IRS requires follow-up documentation for: • All medical (hospital, lab, x-ray, physician, etc.) expenses • All dental expenses • All vision expenses
