Context and Motivation • Challenges for project team to increase their professional experiences in terms of transferring the experiences or gethering new information in frame of thematic seminar or fieldtrip. • Strengthening the cooperation links in European context • Strengthening the cooperation links among partner institutions Benefits: • Improvement of vocational training • Beneficaries: trainers, trainees, businesses in the food chain
