  1. Bream Plus lid closing problem Date :- 27/05/2011 Model :- Bream Plus Capacity :- 7.5Kg WMVT75BPCH-CNS Problem :- Lid not getting close easily and needs pressure to close the lid. Analysis :- Positive Warpage observed at the centre of the lid. Which getting stucked during closing with front panel.

  2. Bream Plus lid closing problem Date :- 27/05/2011 Immediate counter action for 550 Nos. 1mm thick washer added below the front panel screw, to inclined the panel by 1mm. Permanent counter action Option 1 :- Supporting rib to be provided at the centre of the lid to avoid any kind of warpage. Procedure Step 3:- Add 1mm thk. Washer below the panel & tight the screw and fixed the cap. After Rework :- 1mm gap observed between body B & front panel at locks area. Step 1:- Remove Both LH & RH screw cap Step 2:- Remove the screw Lid is coming in front of this gap after closing so there is no chances of spread water getting inside on the panel 1mm thk washer Additional supporting rib to be provided Additional supporting rib to be provided Rib height to be increased Option 2 :- Thickness 1~1.5mm to be reduced from the from the front wall of lid.
