“They quickly gained the trust and respect of key stakeholders and put in place a participative process in line with the ethos of our organisation. They were professional and easy to work with and their assessment report was thorough and insightful. They made the whole process of strategic planning, which can be complex for many people, uncomplicated and through a process which engaged all levels of our 25,000 membership, have provided clear direction and a roadmap for the next 5 years”

Partnership Solutions Group were engaged directly by me to carry out a structural review of our large International Division. They used a very interactive process and with their relaxed approach put the staff at ease to engage honestly with it. Their report was clear, thorough, insightful and broader than the original scope but accepted by all. We have already acted upon their recommendations and the impact is beginning to have an effect. Their follow up to the report was extremely helpful and beneficial both to the organisation and individuals within it.
