  3. Goal and Objective • Every student who wishes to participate,will be encouraged. • Every Dollar that is taken in at the Gates for a sporting event, Stays in the school. • New software to run league. • Diocesan wide program for 8th graders. There are 511 students in 20 Plus Schools.

  4. Today’s Situation • 6th Graders In Lincoln 316. • 7th Graders In Lincoln 311. • 8th Graders In Lincoln 292. • Total in Lincoln 919 Students. • The budget per student for Athletics is $14.22 per student.

  5. How Did We Get Here? • Great leadership, Parents & Volunteers. • Parishes that have built gyms. • Sports as part of the physical education process. WHAT CAN BE NEW & IMPROVED • Sports as part of the socialization process. • Introduce sports as part of the spiritual process.

  6. How do we fulfill Goals? • Alternative source of Funds • Diocesan wide Basketball Tournament. • Catholic Business Support. • Diocesan Priest Basketball Game.(explain)

  7. Recommendation • Sell Advertisement spaces, on Score boards. • Corporation Sponsors annual fees. • Diocesan 8th Grade Basketball Tournament Fundraiser
