  2. What is Supported Employment? • A free and confidential service for • jobseekers with a disability. • Support of a trained Job Coach. • Find the right Job Match to suit your unique ability, skills and interests.

  3. What is Supported Employment? • Working hours to meet your needs. • Fully integrated member of staff and paid the going rate for the job. • Develop your unique ability and skills in the workplace.

What do Jobseekers say? • I got in contact with my local supported employment agency, after completing a 4 year degree and I've now been working at the BroadhavenBay Hotel for the past 4 years. • I am working 20 hours per week and it just really means a lot to me. • What I would say to a person that is thinking about supported employment is, get your name out there and just go for it.   9. Job Coach - Workplace Support • On-the-job training can be provided to help ease you into your new role. • The support of the Job Coach can be kept in the background. • The level of support provided is as much or as little as you need.
