  3. Expectations • Give a tour. • Answer all the question asked. • Give college information. • Ask us question. • Give background information about the company. • ALL THESE EXPECTATIONS WERE MET!

  4. What we learned? • We were very surprise that this company existed because neither one of us knew about it. • Everyone is happy with their jobs and they aren't very old. • Intern were hired as full time employees and the move up every year. • DON'T NEED A COLLEGE DEGREE TO WORK FOR THEM!!!!

  7. Answers • Helping people and making money • Worked in Mexico so speck Spanish • 4 year degree but some agents • Communications skills are very important • All on the job training, job seamier, weekly training, meeting once a week every week.
