    • 1.5 faith sharing moments per communicant member per year for the next nine years
  • Renew district congregations and schools
  • Plant new churches and schools
  • Provide Lutheran school and church worker scholarships

How Will Fan into Flame Support Congregations?

Ideas of Congregational Outreach Projects include:

  • Community Outreach Programs
  • Providing assistance at a local mission congregation
  • Assist in building a new church plant in the area
  • Recognizing the sanitation workers (or other vocation) in the community with a special dinner in their honor to celebrate Christian vocation.
  • Fund a Bible club for local children outside of the church community
  • Evangelism Training through Harvesters For Christ
  • Mission trip assistance for members
  • Adult Day Programs including providing a location and service staff for Senior Meals [meals provided by the county] and Senior Game Days
  • Provide the community with a retelling of the Christmas or Easter story at no charge
