  2. THE GOAL: Promote to Unit Leader within 60 Days Congratulations on taking the next step in your career. As a Unit Leader, you will experience the most rewarding aspect of our business.. Helping others discover their potential. As you share your experience as a Consultant, you will realise that being a Leader is as simple as being a consistent Consultant and teaching others how be be consistent Consultants. It’s that easy! Your Leader and up-line are your best source of information and support as you develop your team. Everyone at PartyLite is here to support you in achieving your goal should you require additional support. BENEFITS: • You are paid 6% income on ALL COMPENSATABLE SALES (including your personal sales), in your • Central Unit weekly*. • You earn 5% bonus income on your personal sales when you make $2,800 or more in personal • compensatable sales during the month.* • You are eligible to attend training at PartyLite’s annual Conference exclusively for Leaders and • other Leader Seminars. • You will receive product samples - twice a year from PartyLite. (Holiday and Everyday lines). • Your picture will be published in the PartyLite Reflections magazine as a new Unit Leader. • You will receive your beautiful silver tone Unit Leader pin and an elegant pen from PartyLite • as symbols of your success. • You will experience personal growth and satisfaction. • NOTE * See Profit Programme booklet for further details

STEPS TO SUCCESS: • Aim to personally hold a minimum of 6 - 8 Shows per month • At every Show, select 2 guests that you would like to have in your team, and follow up • with a connect call within 24 – 28 hours • Showcase 5 PartyLite opportunities at EVERY Show (ask your Leader how) • Attend Consultant Training wherever and whenever possible for own personal development • Aim to sponsor 1 – 2 new Consultants per month • To ensure your Consultants achieve success from the outset, schedule time to go through the Starter Kit • Contents and the Consultant Guide. Next, cover the Start with Success and Brite Start Programmes • Inspire others to join you on your journey and invite them to: • Come along as guests to Opportunity Meetings, Unit Meetings • (And if you do it, your Consultants will follow suit). • Schedule a regular business call with your Unit Leader. This is the perfect platform to discuss progress and • to celebrate your success and to learn how to overcome challenges to avoid discouragement. • Track your personal and New Consultants business activities with the assistance of your up-line. • (Sales, Show averages and Sponsoring Progress) • Ask your Leader to assist you with your Sponsoring and New Consultant Training.

  5. THE STRATEGY: A: List 10 people you would like to have on your team. Ask your Leader to assist you in booking sponsoring appointments and conducting these interviews. The best guests to invite to meetings are Hostesses and Customers that you have recently met at Shows. Call Your Leader to inform them that you are bringing a guest to the meeting Pick up your guest and drive them to the meeting. Bring your guest a small gift. Bring a New Consultant Agreement with you. C: Keep a strong Show Schedule. Be ‘over booked’ to avoid disappointments as this allows you to be able to dovetail when needed.
