Maximum Deflectors Polarity= 1.8kV

(1.5 kV Stereo)

Review of transformers’ design to avoid saturation at 1.8kV

Now able to supply 2kV

Voltage ranges for cmd and House Keeping were changed from Stereo

Necessity to adapt some resistors value

Were calculated and will be confirmed and adjusted by tests

  • On Stereo: Cracks problems during welding of vertical capacitors

  • Caused by a too high temperature gradient (pads too big)

  • Solution: Apply solder at each corner and stick that remains

PCB and Capacitors previously warmed at 70°C before the welding

  • Few electrical design modifications between STEREO and MAVEN

  • Just on HVPS Board due to new deflectors design and new voltage range values

  • Board Assembly will finish soon
