1. How to Join the Hot Metal Harley-Davidson HOG® Chapter Being part of the Harley Owners Group (or HOG®) is one of the true marks of a seasoned Harley rider. Hot Metal Harley-Davidson is proud to sponsor the local chapter located right here in Pennsylvania! Below, we will cover how you can join our HOG® chapter. 1. Know the Logistics First things first, you need to know the who, what, where, and when of our local HOG® chapter. Our meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM. Join the National HOG® Chapter Before you are eligible to join our local chapter, you need to first join the national chapter. This can be done by visiting the official HOG website, dialing their hotline, and having your VIN number ready. Receive Your National HOG® Membership Number This is the most important thing that you will need handy before you can join the local HOG® chapter. The annual dues of being a HOG® member is $20. As mentioned, new Harleys also come with a one-year membership.
