MORNING:- Take 2 Glasses of Lukewarm Water with Half Piece of Lemons.

Now, After 15 MINUTES

BREAKFAST: Eat as much as Fruits you can but on Equal Intervals.

Fresh Raw Fruits are Advisable.

AVOID Canned Fruits.
