Zeichen, welche gelöscht sind, dürfen für die Waaren, für welche sie eingetragen waren, oder für gleichartige Waaren zu Gunsten eines anderen, als des letzten Inhabers erst nach Ablauf von zwei Jahren seit dem Tage der Löschung von Neuem eingetragen werden.
