  6. Your Learning Space - Equipment • Do you have the equipment you need? • Staff Computer • Headphones with microphone • Have pop-ups turned off • Have successfully ran through the setup wizard

  7. Your Learning Space • Environment • Avoid Distractions • Turn off notifications for email • Hang sign to inform other staff that you are in a CML Live session

  8. Your Learning Space • Schedule • Plan to arrive to CML Live sessions about 5 minutes before the scheduled start time • Schedule your CML Live session time into your location schedule
