  1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARYPeer Assistance and Review REFERRED TEACHERS Assistance was provided to three teachers who had received unsatisfactory evaluations in teaching methods or subject matter knowledge in 2007-2008. The teachers did not meet the expectations in their Professional Improvement Plans as indicated in their 2008-2009 Summary Evaluations. VOLUNTARY TEACHERS Over 330 hours of support was provided to 68 teachers who voluntarily requested assistance. CONSULTING TEACHER Mrs. Diane French, the Consulting Teacher will be returning to the classroom for the 2009-2010 school year. She will not be replaced because the program will not be in place in 2009-2010. PROGRAM CHANGES FOR 2009-2010 The program will not be offered to teachers because the district is utilizing the flexibility for Tier III categoricals of which PAR is one.
