Many cadets would like to achieve 5 miles in 40 min. • Lab: • Sustain: Sparingly continue to have real world situations like trip wires and sniper engagements during STIX. _ Improve: All MSIVs should be tasked out to help conduct labs. • Recommendations: Make sure to have tasks prior to Lab. The evaluator should only have to evaluate. We should be the first ones there and last to leave. • Recruiting and Retention: • Sustain: placing MSIs and IIs in leadership positions developing them and making them have a feeling of belonging to the program. • Improve: Promoting our program to the campus. • Recommendations:Conduct a table sit at Bastech around lunch time when most students are in the area.
