The University is considered from the most firmly established higher educational institutes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We have prepared this handbook to inform you of some important information pertaining to the Institute. It will help you to learn about the Institute’s different departments as well as its systems, so that you can attain the academic performance that you hope for in this limited time, without any academic problems. We have also included here some basic information on the supporting deanships that offer specific student services, such as the Student Affairs Deanship, the Libraries Deanship and the Acceptance and Registration Deanship. 13. تعريفبالمعهد معهد اللغة العربية هو إحدى المؤسسات العلمية المستقلة بجامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة في حدود النظام العام للجامعة . أنشئ المعهد منذ عام 1395هـ, وكان مركزاً تابعاً لكلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز ( شطر مكة المكرمة ). ثم صدر الأمر السامي الكريم بتحويله إلى معهد قائم بذاته سنة 1399هـ, ليتمكن من أداء الدور الكبير المنوط به في تعليم اللغة العربية والثقافة الإسلامية وإعداد المعلمين وتدريبهم. ثم صدر نظام جامعة أم القرى سنة 1401هـ, النافذ بقرار مجلس الوزراء الموقر حيث أصبح المعهد بموجبه إحدى كليات جامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة . أهداف المعهد : يسعى المعهد على تحقيق الأهداف التالية : 1ـ تعليم اللغة العربية وآدابها لغير الناطقين بها من المسلمين, وتزويدهم بقدر كاف من الدراسات الإسلامية لخدمة الإسلام ونشره, وتأهيلهم للالتحاق بإحدى كليات الجامعة . 2ـ تخريج وتدريب معلمين متخصصين يقومون بتدريس العربية لغير الناطقين بها في البلاد الإسلامية والأقليات المسلمة في العالم. 3ـ إجراء البحوث والتجارب الميدانية, لتطوير مناهج وأساليب تعلم وتعليم العربية لغير أبنائها, وتشجيع التأليف في هذه الأبحاث. 4ـ التعاون مع المؤسسات والهيئات الإسلامية في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية, ونشر الدعوة الإسلامية, ومساعدة أبناء الأقليات الإسلامية في هذا الميدان . 5ـ تبادل الخبرات العلمية في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية بين المعهد والمؤسسات العلمية المتخصصة. 6ـ إقامة الدورات التدريبية لمعلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها في البلاد الإسلامية. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

An Introduction to the Institute • The Arabic Language Institute is one of the independent academic institutes of Umm al Qura University, Makkah al-Mukarramah, within the general regulations of the University. • It was established in 1395 A.H. (1975 C.E.) and was a part of the Faculty of Islamic Law and Studies, King Abdul Aziz University (Makkah Campus) • In 1399 A.H. (1979 C.E.) the Institute became independent to fully take on its important role in teaching the Arabic language and Islamic culture and in preparing and training teachers. • In 1401 A.H. (1981 C.E.) the Institute became one of the faculties of Umm al Qura University, Makkah al-Mukarramah. This was made effective by a Cabinet resolution. • The Institute’s Aims • The Institute strives to attain the following goals: • Teaching the Arabic Language and associated literary studies to Muslims who are non-native speakers, adequately equipping them with Islamic knowledge to act in the service and propagation of Islam. • Training teachers and making them qualified to teach the Arabic Language to non-native speakers in the Muslim world, as well as among minority Muslim communities in the world. • Conducting research and experiments to develop methods and styles of teaching and learning Arabic for non-native speakers; and encouraging writing and publication of this research. • Cooperating with Islamic bodies and organizations in the Arabic Language and Islamic propagation fields, as well as assisting Islamic minorities in this realm. • Exchanging academic experiences in the field of teaching the Arabic language, between the Institute and specialist academic institutions. • Conducting workshops for teachers in the field of teaching theArabic language to non-native speakers in Islamic countries. 28. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية • أولاً : التعريفات • السنة الدراسية : • فصلان رئيسيان وفصل صيفي إن وجد. • الفصل الدراسي : • مدة زمنية لا تقل عن خمسة عشر أسبوعاً تدرس على مداها المقررات الدراسية, ولا تدخل ضمنها فترتا التسجيل والاختبارات النهائية. • المستوى الدراسي : • هو الدال على المرحلة الدراسية, وعدد المستويات اللازمة للتخرج ثمانية مستويات أو أكثر وفقاً للخطط الدراسية المعتمدة. • المقرر الدراسي : • مادة دراسية تتبع مستوى محدداً ضمن خطة الدراسة المعتمدة في كل تخصص ( برنامج ), لكل مقرر رقم, ورمز, واسم, ووصف مفصل لمفرداته يميزه من حيث المحتوى والمستوى عما سواه من مقررات, وملف خاص يحفظ بالقسم لغرض المتابعة والتقييم والتطوير, وقد يكون لبعض المقررات متطلب أو متطلبات سابقة أو متزامنة معه. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

29. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • Glossary • Academic year • Two main semesters/terms, and one summer term, if offered. • Academic term • A period no less than fifteen (15) weeks, during which the academic curriculum is taught. The periods of registration and final examinations are not included in it. • Academic level • This refers to the stage of academic study. Graduation requires successful completion of eight (8) levels, or more, according to the academic study plan being followed. • Academic course: • An academic subject that is a part of a specific academic level, determined by the main academic plan in every specialization (program). Each course has a number, code and name, as well as a detailed description of its subject matter, differentiating it from other courses. The Department keeps a file on the course, for the purpose of follow-up, evaluation and further development. 30. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية الوحدة الدراسية : المحاضرة النظرية الأسبوعية التي لا تقل مدتها عن خمسين دقيقة, أو الدرس العلمي أو الميداني الذي لا تقل مدته عن مائة دقيقة. الإنذار الأكاديمي : الإشعار الذي يوجه للطالبة بسبب انخفاض معدله التراكمي عن الحد الأدنى الموضح في هذه اللائحة. درجة الأعمال الفصلية : هي الدرجة الممنوحة للأعمال التي تبين تحصيل الطالبة أثناء الفصل الدراسي من اختبارات وبحوث وأنشطة تعليمية تتصل بالمقرر الدراسي وتكون من (40). الاختبار النهائي : اختبار في المقرر يعقد مرة واحدة في نهاية الفصل الدراسي. درجة الاختبار النهائي : هي الدرجة التي تحصل عليها الطالبة في كل مقرر في الاختبار النهائي للفصل الدراسي وتكون من (60). الدرجة النهائية : مجموع درجات الأعمال الفصلية مضافاً إليها درجة الاختبار النهائي لكل مقرر, وتحسب من مائة. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

31. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • Academic unit: • A weekly lecture for the course, with a time period of not less than 50 minutes, or • A practical or field lesson, with a time period of not less than 100 minutes. • Academic warning: • A warning notice sent to the student, due to his Grade Point Average (GPA) falling below the minimum stipulated in these regulations. • Coursework mark: • This is the mark given for the student’s coursework during the term. It includes quizzes, exams, research and any relevant activities. The grade is from a total of forty (40) • Final examinations: • The exam conducted for the course at the end of the academic term. • Final exam mark: • This is the grade the student achieves in the final examination. It is from a total of sixty (60). • Final mark: • The total achieved from the coursework added to the final exam mark. It is calculated out of one hundred (100). 32. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية التقدير : وصف للنسبة المئوية أو الرمز الأبجدي للدرجة النهائية التي حصل عليها الطالب في أي مقرر.* تقدير غير مكتمل : تقدير يرصد مؤقتاً لكل مقرر يتعذر على الطالبة استكمال متطلباته في الموعد المحدد, ويرمز له في السجل الأكاديمي (ل) أو (IC). المعدل الفصلي : حاصل قسمة مجموع النقاط التي حصلت عليها الطالبة على مجموع الوحدات المقررة لجميع المقررات التي درستها في أي فصل دراسي. وتحسب النقاط بضرب الوحدة المقررة في وزن التقدير الذي حصلت عليه في كل مقرر درسه الطالب. المعدل التراكمي : حاصل قسمة مجموع النقاط التي حصلت عليها الطالبة في جميع المقررات التي درستها منذ التحاقها بالجامعة على مجموع الوحدات المقررة لتلك المقررات, مثال لحساب المعدل الفصلي والتراكمي. التقدير العام : قياس مستوى التحصيل العلمي للطالبة خلال فترة دراستهة في الجامعة. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

33. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level Grade: The percentage description or an alphabetical symbol for the final grade that a student has achieved in any subject. Incomplete grade: A temporary grade for every course for which the student was unable to complete the requirements by the appointed time. It is reflected by the grade(ل) or (IC). Term grade point average (GPA): The total number of points achieved by the student, divided by the total number of credits, for all the courses taken in any given term. The points are calculated by multiplying the number of credits by the grade point attained for each course studied. Cumulative average: The total number of points achieved by the student, divided by the total number of credits, for all the courses taken since entering the university. 34. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية ثانياً : نظام الدراسة 1ـ تسير الدراسة في المرحلة الجامعية على نظام المستويات. 2ـ تتكون الدراسة في المرحلة الجامعية من ثمانية مستويات على الأقل. 3ـ تكون مدة المستوى الدراسي فصلاً دراسياً. 4ـ تتدرج الطالبة في الدراسة والنجاح في مقررات المستويات الدراسية وفقاً لأحكام الانتقال من مستوى إلى آخر. نظام المستويات : نظام دراسي يقسم فيه العام الدراسي إلى فصلين رئيسيين , وتوزع متطلبات التخرج لنيل الدرجة العلمية على مستويات وفقاً للخطة الدراسية التي يقرها مجلس الجامعة دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

35. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • The Academic system • Studies at the university stage are based on a system of levels. • It comprises at least eight (8) levels. • One level takes a period of one academic term. • The student’s progress in studies and success in examinations are based on rules governing progress from one academic level to another. • The level system • The academic year is divided into two main terms. 36. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية ثالثاً : المواظبة والاعتذار عن الدراسة 1ـ على الطالبة المنتظمة حضور المحاضرات والدروس العلمية, وتُحرم من الاستمرار في المادة ودخول الاختبار النهائي فيها إذا قلت نسبة حضورها عن النسبة التي يحددها مجلس الجامعة على ألا تقل عن (75%) من المحاضرات والدروس العلمية المحددة لكل مقرر خلال الفصل الدراسي, وتعتبر الطالبة التي حرمت من دخول الاختبار بسبب الغياب راسبة في المقرر. 2ـ يجوز لمجلس الكلية أو من يفوضه ـ استثناء ـ رفع الحرمان والسماح للطالبة بدخول الاختبار, شريطة أن تقدم عذراً يقبله المجلس, ويحدد مجلس الجامعة نسبة الحضور على أن لا يقل عن (50%) من المحاضرات والدروس العلمية المحددة للمقرر. 3ـ الطالبة التي تتغيب عن الاختبار النهائي تكون درجتها صفراً في ذلك الاختبار, ويحسب تقديرها في ذلك المقرر على أساس درجات الأعمال الفصلية التي حصلت عليها. 4ـ إذا لم تتمكن الطالبة من حضور الاختبار النهائي في أي من مواد الفصل لعذر قهري جاز لمجلس الكلية في حالات الضرورة القصوى قبول عذرها والسماح بإعطائها اختباراً بديلاً خلال مدة لا تتجاوز نهاية الفصل الدراسي التالي, وتعطى التقدير الذي تحصل عليه بعد أدائها الاختبار البديل. 5ـ يجوز للطالبة الاعتذار عن الاستمرار في دراسة فصلا دراسيا دون أن تُعد راسبةً إذا تقدمت بعذر مقبول لدى الجهة التي يحددها مجلس الجامعة, وذلك قبل بداية الاختبارات النهائية بخمسة أسابيع على الأقل. 6-تمنح الطالبة التي تلد خمسة عشر يوما إجازة مرضية . دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

37. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • Attendance ,regularity, and being excused from studies • A student who is registered officially (muntadhim) is required to attend the lectures and classes (for which he is registered). He will not be allowed to continue the course, nor sit the final examination if his attendance falls below the limit stipulated by the University Board, which is 75% of all lectures and practical lessons for each course being taken during the semester. A student who is denied entry to the final exam because of absenteeism is considered as having failed the course. • In exceptional cases, the Faculty Board, or whoever has its authority, can act to lift the ban of denial of entry to the final examination, and the student may be permitted to sit the examination. This is on the condition that a valid excuse is submitted and accepted by the Board, and that the student’s attendance has not fallen below 50% of the lectures and practical lessons for the course. • A student who is absent from the final examination will be given a mark of zero (0) for that examination. The grade for that course will be calculated based on the student’s coursework marks from during the term. • If a student is unable to attend the final examination for any course, due to a compelling excuse, the Faculty Board may, in emergency cases, and those of dire need, accept the excuse and offer another (equivalent) examination, at any time before the end of the following term. The grade obtained in the substitute examination will be given to the student after doing the examination. • A student is allowed to excuse himself from continuing his studies for a period of one term withoutbeing counted as having failed the semester if an excuse is presented and accepted by those specified by the University Board (to deal with such issues). This must be done no less than five (5) weeks before final examinations. • A (female) student who has given birth will be granted fifteen (15) days medical leave.

39. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • Deferment and discontinuation of studies • A student is allowed to apply for deferment from studying due to an excuse acceptable to the Faculty Board. This is on the condition that the period of deferment does not exceed two consecutive academic terms, or three non-consecutive academic terms. Thereafter, (if the student does not return to his studies) the student’s record will be closed; but the Faculty Board may make exceptions in cases of necessity. • If a student has ceased studying for the period of one academic term without having requested deferment, the student’s record at the University will be closed. 40. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية خامساً : إعادة القيد 1ـ يمكن للطالبة المطوي قيدها التقدم بطلب إعادة قيدها برقمه وسجله قبل الانقطاع وفق الضوابط الآتية : أ ـ أن تتقدم بطلب إعادة القيد خلال أربعة فصول دراسية من تاريخ طي القيد. ب ـ أن يوافق مجلس الكلية والجهات المعنية ذات العلاقة على إعادة قيد الطالبة. ت ـ إذا مضى على طي قيد الطالبة خمسة فصول دراسية أو أكثر, فبإمكانها التقدم للجامعة طالبةً مستجدة دون الرجوع إلى سجلها الدراسي السابق على أن تنطبق عليه كل شروط القبول المعلنة في حينه. ث ـ لا يجوز إعادة قيد الطالبة أكثر من مرة واحدة. ج ـ لا يجوز إعادة قيد الطالبة المطوي قيدها إذا كانت منذرةً أكاديمياً. 2ـ لا يجوز إعادة قيد الطالبة التي فصلت من الجامعة لأسباب تعليمية أو تأديبية, أو الني فصلت من جامعة أخرى لأسباب تأديبية, وإذا اتضح بعد إعادة قيده أنه سبق فصلها لمثل هذه الأسباب يعتبر قيدها ملغى من تاريخ إعادة القيد. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

41. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • 5. Renewing/re-opening the student’s record. • It is possible for a student whose record has been closed to request renewal of the record, with his university number and academic record, before discontinuation, according to the following stipulations: • The renewal request is made within four (4) terms of the record being closed. • The Faculty Board, and any related authorities concerned with the student’s record renewal, agree with the renewal. • If five (5) or more academic terms have passed, the student may apply to the University as a new student, without returning to his former academic record. All conditions required at this time will be applicable to him. • A student’s record may not be renewed more than once. • A student’s record cannot be renewed if he has received academic warning. • A student’s record may not be renewed if the student has been expelled from the university for academic or disciplinary reasons; likewise if he has been expelled from another university for disciplinary reasons. If it is known after renewal of the student’s record that he has been expelled previously, the renewal will be revoked, effective from the date of renewal. 42. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية سادساً : التخرج تتخرج الطالبة بعد إنهاء متطلبات التخرج بنجاح حسب الخطة الدراسية, على أن لا يقل معدلها التراكمي عن مقبول, ولمجلس الكلية بناء على توصية مجلس القسم المختص تحديد مقررات مناسبة تدرسها الطالبة لرفع معدلها التراكمي, وذلك في حال نجاحها في المقررات ورسوبها في المعدل. سابعاً : الفصل من الجامعة تفصل الطالب من الجامعة في الحالات الآتية : 1ـ إذا حصلت على ثلاثة إنذارات متتالية على الأكثر لانخفاض معدلها التراكمي عن (1,0 من 4) ولمجلس الجامعة بناءً على توصية مجلس الكلية إعطاء الفرصة لمن يمكنها رفع معدلها التراكمي بدراستها للمقررات المتاحة. 2ـ إذا لم تنه متطلبات التخرج خلال مدة أقصاها نصف المدرة المقررة لتخرجها بعد مدة البرنامج ولمجلس الجامعة إعطاء فرصة استثنائية للطالبة لإنهاء متطلبات التخرج بما لا يتجاوز ضعف المدة الأصلية المحددة للتخرج كما يجوز للمجلس معالجة أوضاع الطلاب ممن لم يتبق على تخرجهم سوى فصل دراسي أو فصلين. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

43. Important information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • 6. Graduation • A student graduates after successfully completing graduation requirements according to the academic plan. This is on the condition that his accumulated average is not less than a “Pass” (Maqbul) grade. The faculty committee, on the recommendation of the department committee, can specify the suitable course(s) that a student should complete for raising his accumulated average on the basis of the specialized recommendation. This is if the student has passed the courses, but failed in the average grade. • 7. Expulsion from the University: • A student will be expelled from the University in the following cases: • If he has received three or more consecutive academic warnings for his average consistently falling below 1.0 (from 4). On the Faculty committee's recommendation, the University Board can offer the student a chance to raise his average by completing certain available courses. • If a student fails to achieve the graduation requirements during the specified time period, the university committee can allow an exception to be made, giving the student a chance to complete the graduation requirements during a period which should not be more than double the original specified period for graduation.

44. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية ثامناً : الاختبارات والتقديرات 1ـ يحدد مجلس الكلية بناء على اقتراح مجلس القسم الذي يتولى تدريس المقرر درجة للأعمال الفصلية لا تقل عن (30%) من الدرجة النهائية للمقرر. 2ـ يجوز لمجلس الكلية بناء على توصية مجلس القسم المختص أن يشمل الاختبار النهائي في أي مقرر اختبارات عملية أو شفوية, ويحدد الدرجات التي تخصص لها من درجات الاختبار النهائي. 3ـ يكون التقدير العام للمعدل التراكمي عند تخرج الطالب بناءً على معدله التراكمي كالآتي : ( ممتاز ) : إذا كان المعدل التراكمي لا يقل عن (3,50) من (4,00). ( جيد جداً ) : إذا كان المعدل التراكمي (2,75) إلى أقل من (3,50) من (4,00). ( جيد ) : إذا كان المعدل التراكمي (1,75) إلى أقل من (2,75) من (4,00). 45. Important Information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level 8. Examinations and rankings: Based on the proposal of the Department Board overseeing course instruction, the Faculty committee stipulates that the coursework marks should not be less than 30% of the final marks for the course. The Faculty Board may, on the recommendation of the specific Departmental Board, make the final examinations of any course comprise of practical and/or oral examinations. The Board may specify the mark allocation from these exams toward the final examination mark. 46. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية 4ـ تمنح مرتبة الشرف الأولى للطالب الحاصل على معدل تراكمي (3,75) إلى فأكثر من (4,00) عند التخرج . وتمنح مرتبة الشرف الثانية للطالب الحاصل على معدل تراكمي (3,25) إلى أقل من (3,75) من (4,00) عند التخرج. ويشترط للحصول على مرتبة الشرف الأولى أو الثانية : أ ـ ألا تكون الطالبة قد رسبت في أي مقرر درسته في الجامعة أو في جامعة أخرى. ب ـ أن تكون الطالبة قد أكمل متطلبات التخرج في مدة أقصاها متوسط المدة بين الحد الأدنى والحد الأقصى للبقاء في كليته. ت ـ أن تكون الطالبة قد درست في الجامعة التي ستتخرج منها ما لا يقل عن (60%) من متطلبات التخرج. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

47. Important Information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • A student who achieves a Grade Point Average of 3.75/4.00 or more on graduating will be given First Class Honours. Second Class Honours will be given to a student whose GPA is from 3.25/4.00 to less than 3.75/4.00 on graduating. • The following conditions must be met to attain First or Second Class Honours: • The student has never failed a course in this or any other university. • The student has completed the graduation requirements in a time period not exceeding the midway time period between the upper and lower limits for remaining in the faculty. • The student must have completed at least 60% of his graduation requirements at the university he is graduating from. 48. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية تاسعاً : الامتحانات (أ) قواعد عامة : 1ـ إذا حضرت الطالبة خلال أسبوعين من بداية الفصل ألحقت بالمستوى أو القسم المناسب لها . 2ـ إذا انقطعت الطالبة عن الدراسة لعذر يقبله مجلس المعهد, لا يعاد قيدها إلا بامتحان يحدد مستواها من جديد. 3ـ مدة الامتحان النهائي لكل مادة ( ساعتان ), ولمجلس المعهد حق التعديل في المدة الزمنية المحددة لامتحان المادة. 4ـ النهاية الكبرى لكل مادة (100) مائة درجة توزع كالتالي : (40) درجة للأعمال الفصلية. (60) درجة لامتحان نهاية الفصل. 5ـ الحد الأدنى لنجاح الطالبة في كل مادة أن تحصل على (60) درجة من النهاية الكبرى (100) درجة. 6ـ تعرض نتائج الامتحانات في نهاية كل فصل دراسي على مجلس المعهد لاعتمادها وإقرارها ثم تعتمد من قبل معالي مدير الجامعة. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية

49. Important Information from the Academic and Examination Regulations for the University Level • 9. Assessments • General Principles(at the Arabic Language Institute) • If a student arrives within the first two weeks of the term, she will be placed in the appropriate level or department. • If a student withdraws from her studies for a reason accepted by the Institute’s Board, her file will not be re-opened except after being re-examined to determine her current level. • The duration of each final examination is two (2) hours. The Institute’s Board has the right to adjust the specified duration for a course’s examination. • Each course’s final marks is from 100, distributed as follows: • Forty (40) marks for coursework • Sixty (60) marks for the final examination • The minimum a student can achieve in passing a course is sixty (60) marks from the overall final mark of one hundred (100). • The final results will be presented to the Institute’s Board at the end of every term, for approval and confirmation. 50. معلومات مهمة من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية (ب) الاختبارات الفصلية : 1ـ يعقد في نهاية كل فصل دراسي, امتحان في جميع المواد للطلاب والطالبات, ولا يسمح للطالبة بدخول الامتحان إلا إذا كانت نسبة حضورها للدروس النظرية والعملية (80%) ولمجلس المعهد بناء على توصية القسم المختص التجاوز في هذه النسبة لما لا يزيد عن (30%) حداً أقصى للغياب. 2ـ لا يسمح للطالبة بالبقاء في الفصل الدراسي أو المستوى أكثر من فصلين دراسيين, كما لا يسمح لها بالإعادة أكثر من مرتين طوال مدة الدراسة بالمعهد. 3ـ لا يجوز نقل الطالبة من مستوى إلى آخر, ومن سنة دراسية إلى أخرى إلا إذا نجحت في جميع المواد, ويجوز أن تنتقل الطالبة بمادة أو مادتين في المستوى الثالث والرابع على أن تؤدي امتحان التخلف. 4ـ لمجلس المعهد في الحالات الاستثنائية, بناء على اقتراح القسم التجاوز عما نصت عليه الفقرة (2) وبعد مصادقة معالي مدير الجامعة. دليل طالبة معهد تعليم اللغة العربية
