OBJETIVOS DE GESTION • Optimizar los procesos Administrativos, de Personal y Académicos. • Formular el Plan Estratégico Institucional 2011 – 2015 • Concluir la Construcción del Proyecto “Playón de Irpavi” • Desarrollar un plan de mantenimiento de la Infraestructura académica y administrativa. • Fortalecer las Relaciones Internacionales de la Escuela Militar de Ingeniería. • Implementar el Plan de Promoción Institucional 2010 y desarrollar programas de interacción social y extensión universitaria • Concluir el Proceso de Evaluación y Re acreditación Académica Universitaria en Pregrado. • Desarrollar Líneas de Investigación • Desarrollar y/o implementar la Infraestructura para el desarrollo de programas virtuales y a distancia
