  2. Mr Avery • Makes change in the collection plate on Sundays. • Sits on the porch until nine and sneezes. • One evening the children saw him relieve himself from the porch and never since.

  3. Jem, Dill and Scout • They told Atticus they were going to sit at the fishpond • Jem and Dill planned to look if they could see Boo through one of the Radley’s house windows. • They forced Scout to join them.

  4. Jem, Dill and Scout continues • They approached the house from the back. • They saw nothing and Jem got on the back porch. • A man’s shadow went past him. • They ran away and someone shot. • Jem lost his trousers. • Dill lied to Atticus and said Jem lost it in strip poker • Jem respects Atticus so much that he chanced getting shot by Mr Radley just to not have Atticus punish him.

  5. Atticus, Miss Maudie Atkinson, Stephanie Crawford, Miss Rachel, Mr Avery and Nathan Radley • Nathan Radley says he saw a coloured in his backyard and shot in the air with his shotgun. • Stephanie Crawford saw Jem without his pants and was shocked. • Atticus admonished the children when he heard they had played strip poker.
