  1. Select Mat Number from Dropdown Click “Search” Click on first match that shows at the top Note: In the screen shots, look where the pointer is clicking. Revised 5/28/13 • Things to Note On Screen • The top of the screen shows who is on deck and who is in the hole. • The “To Go Time” is in the middle in yellow. If you try to load the match before the go time you will get a prompt. • Comments can be made in the box located under the go time. (Skin issue directions, yellow cards, etc. becomes part of bout record. Comments Who’s on deck at top Who’s in the hole on bottom To Go Time

  2. Confirm names of the wrestlers to make sure the right guys are wrestling. (Use both first and last names.) Mat Chat - Should a wrestler not show a. Click on microphone icon next to the wrestlers name b. Add to message if needed - example 1st call - 2nd call c. Start timing 30 seconds only after the announcer has announced the call d. Return to match screen by selecting “matches” 5. Singlet color can be switched if need be by using the drop down box.

  3. 6. Start Regular Clock • Start or Stop – you can use the buttons to click for start and stop. • Start will turn the clock green and stop will turn the clock red. • There are quick keys. If you are using Foxfire the ↓ (down arrow) is a toggle for start and stop. If using Explorer the ~ (tilde key) is a toggle for start and stop. • Start Blood or Injury Clocks • To start either of the two clocks (pick the appropriate one) you must click “set” then “start.” • The quick keys can be used here as well to start and stop these clocks. • To resume to the regular clock you must click “set” on the main clock and then click “start.” • Add or Subtract Time On Clock • a. Type in the change you want, but you must click “set” to get it to sync up.

  4. Click the (positive) points on the respective side for the wrestler scoring the points. • Should you need to make corrections, click on the point that is incorrect. The next screen will show choices to either “delete, change insert or cancel.” • Click the appropriate choice. If you select “change” you will need to click the points it should have been. You will also need to select the points when choosing “insert.”

  5. 8. When the period is done click on the box of the winner for the period. 9. Select “next” to move to the next period screen. For Greco and Freestyle, the score is cumulative. Example of second period win in second box of the wrestler who won it.

  6. Caution and Passive in the new rules – shot clock will automatically start and stop with the match clock after the second Passive. a. No more clinches in Greco and Freestyle. b. Select the “clinch” for the side /wrestler that has the clinch. Summary of Bout (Mat Official may ask to see this) a. Select “Summary” this will show the whole match. b. To return to the match select “Match.”

  7. Results to end Match • Select “result” • Make sure the winner is highlighted • Select the win type from the drop down box • Have the winner verify who he is on the screen • The official can verify the win type • Click “save results” 11. Next Bout/Match will appear at the top.

  8. History of matches can be found by selecting “matches.” This may be needed if the connection is lost so it brings the last list of matches back to your screen so you can continue running bouts until someone comes over and helps with the connectivity. • Click “History” • Click “Matches” and this will return you to the list of the last matches.
