Gilman cont. • Application Process • Statement of Purpose: 2 pages, single-spaced • Follow-on Project Proposal: 2 pages, single-spaced • Find example project proposals at: http://www.iie.org/en/Programs/Gilman-Scholarship-Program/Apply • Tips for follow-on projects • Borrow and expand ideas from past winners • Utilize technology: blogging and you tube
