Synopsis “At the end of the nineteenth century, Buenos Aires saw the twinkling lights of thousands of ships loaded with hope and dreams coming from old Europe across the ocean…” Most of immigrants used to live in humble tenements called “conventillos” where cultures mixed up and people from different parts of the world shared their lives as a family. Scene 6: German Immigrants (“The Undelivered Letter”) An Argentinian postman in love fails to deliver a letter for the Russian family, but he succeeds in getting delicious “chucrut” and new German friends… Let’s go on a trip back in time and meet those who came searching for a better life for themselves and their descendants… A betterfutureforus… ENJOY!!!!!

Escena 1: El casamiento griego.
