İnceleme: Polat Tower Residence • Polat Tower Rezidans, 42 katlı, 100 bin m2 kapalı alanı bulunan, 406 rezidans, 21 mağaza ve fitness merkezi, sinema ve helikopter pisti barındıran, 36 bin nokta üzerinden yangın algılama ve acil anons, geçiş kontol, IP video, hırsız alarm, HVAC ve aydınlatma otomasyonu ve enerji izleme sistemleri ile tam entegre çalışan bir akıllı binadır. • 17 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde Polat Tower Rezidans büyük bir yangın oluştu ve yüzlerce bina yaşayanı güvenli bir şekilde kurtarıldı.

İnceleme: Polat Tower Residence • Polat Tower Rezidans yönetimi ve işletmesi, sadece ilk yatırım maliyetine değil, aynı zamanda ve hatta daha fazla Yaşam Süresi Yönetimi’ne önem vererek binanın açıldığı ilk günden itibaren Honeywell ile servis ve bakım anlaşması imzaladı. Yazılım ve donanım güncellemelerizamanında yapıldı. • Servis ve bakımın iyi bir şekilde planlanması ve uygulanmasının akıllı binaların tam performans göstemesinin ne kadar hayati olduğuna bu çok güzel bir örnek teşkil etti.
