  1. What is the support required to enhance your performance in the current responsibility? Proper technical training on Exxsol DP Grades including applications of the same. • Person required who can handle small retail customers. • Training for understanding pricing trends and market scenarios.

  2. What are the daily/ repeated challenges which upsets you? Suggesting right products application wise to the customers. Competitors updates. Exact stock situations at various ports as well as incoming.

  3. What is your suggestion to overcome this challenge? Proper training and guidance as per product wise applications. Training for understanding market scenario. Training for understanding pricing strategies.

  4. What is your plan for enhancing your performance for next year? Regular visits to existing customers. Identifying and visiting new customers. Identifying new applications for existing products. Advising customers to use right product for right applications.

  5. What is your plan for the year 2013-14 for the branch/region/ Product group you are handling? Currently the DP grades sales for aluminum industry over the past 4 years is as below. 2009-10 - 493 MT 2010-11 - 571 MT 2011-12 - 540 MT 2012-13 - 500 MT Would plan to increase the sales at least by 15-20%. To Increase the market share value in each of the products. To give regular and proper sales and service to existing customers. To develop new customers. To Identify new applications for existing products.
