  2. Firefighter • We call them when there is a fire. • They wear clothes that protect them from the fire. • They put out fires with big hoses. • They are very brave!

  3. Police Officer • We call them when there are fights. • They wear a uniform with many different items to help them. • They stop fights and keep people safe.

  4. Mailman • These helpers deliver our mail. • They wear shorts in the summer and long coats in the winter. • Some choose to walk and others drive a mail truck. • Mailmen are not always boys, they can be girls too!

  5. Doctor • They help people when they are sick. • They wear a long white coat to protect them from germs. • They work at hospitals. • They are very smart!
