  5. Our Mission: • Reducing effects of poverty • Meeting basic family needs • Building self reliance • Providing access to affordable housing • Establishing and building supportive local institutions

  6. Meeting Basic Needs • Resource & Referral: 13,000 referrals • Senior Nutrition: 70,000 meals provided • Energy Assistance: 3,700 HHs • Emergency Housing: 365 HHs Annual Benefits

  9. Helping Families Afford Escalating Energy Costs Assistance with: Electricity, Gas, Wood, Oil, Water Bills, plus Energy Education and Training

  12. Scattered Site and Private Landlord Units Across Region CAT, CCA and CARE case managers work short-term (6-12 months) with clients in highly subsidized rental units to help stabilize their lives.

  15. Healthy Start - Parent Training Parenting skills training for young first-time parents in 60 families every year
