  3. 教育技术的定义 • 我国的教育技术最早主要是音频和视频技术，及其它技术手段在教育中的发展和应用，也就是我们通常所说的电化教育手段。以广播电视和卫星为主体的远程教育形式，促使了教学的组织、学习方式和教学方法的一些变革。80年代中后期，计算机网络技术和通信技术的不断成熟和进步，带来了信息传播技术的迅猛发展，同时也使教育技术乃至教育方式产生了革命性的变化。
