  7. Positive Feedback… • “Like the dynamic speech of Larry.” • “Very good animated interaction.” • “The Breakout was good in content.”

  8. Lessons Learned… • “Don’t assume everyone in the room knows what acronyms mean.” •  “ Hotel not near airport (or life!).” • “Auditing subtier requirements – more time needed for Q&A.” • “$35/day parking unconscionable – not many restaurant options.”

  9. Lessons Learned… • “Too much discussion of PEAR without proper answers.” • “This workshop has pointed out how many auditors do not understand a process. It seems like they need to take auditor training again to learn about a process.”

  10. Lessons Learned… • Rooms should be set up with teams already in place. • List of names at the beginning so we know who is here and we can seek them out. •  Suggest session in Houston (central and near multiple CB’s). • Post formalized schedule and distribute as soon as possible.

  11. CB Comments… • We find ourselves with companies having limited computers and skills to use them, delivery timescale's that are short because their customers order late, have not paid for the previous parts, or have to pay up front as they are so bad payers. • Lots of old not to clear drawings, materials called for that are no longer available and drawing change requests that take forever. • Processing changes in plating, electro discharge machining (NADCAP) are just as bad.
