  8. I. We Must Remove the Filth. Deceit - To catch with bait. Denotes the act of misleading people with a kind of two-faced deception, primarily with words (flattery, false promises, suggestive talk, enticing words, etc.).
  9. I. We Must Remove the Filth. Hypocrisy - To pretend or put on a show. It was the word that simply referenced an actor who wore a mask when play acting. A person who is pretending to be something he is not. The hypocrite, then, is the one who conceals what he really is.
  10. I. We Must Remove the Filth. Envy - To envy is to covet what someone else has to the point of not wanting the other person to have it. There are a plurality of things over which a person might be envious (money, job, social status, looks, clothes, popularity, possessions, etc.).
  11. I. We Must Remove the Filth. Slander – Denotes evil speaking of any kind. It would include gossip, backbiting, insults, grumbling, excessive sarcasm or mockery.
