  1. Background RESULT: NEED FOR A TOOLKIT that provides tools and good practice examples for HRWS implementation at the different steps of the project cycle. WASH practitioners think along the logic of the project cycle but often are not familiar with structure and terminology of human rights discourse. 2011 SDC/AGUASAN HRWS workshop AGUASAN is an interdisciplinary Swiss Community of Practicethat since 1984 assembles a wide range of water and sanitation specialists.
