About us Hemofarm Foundation was established in 1993 by the Decision on Foundation of the founder Hemofarm AD Vršac, in order to contribute to the development of education, science, culture, sports and art in immediate and wider environment and to provide support to young talents. The founder of Hemofarm Foundation, the company Hemofarm AD has been operating within STADA Group since 2006. Foundation is a separate legal entity, non-profit organization that has been oriented towards crucial contribution to the environment for 21 years already.Striving to contribute to improved development of social environment, Hemofarm Foundation operates in several directions: 1.it contributes to affirmation of positive tendencies of the society, through contribution to the development of education, culture and science, whether supporting young talents, associations or institutions is in question. 2. it provides help to institutions and associations in the filed of healthcare 3. it supports institutions and associations dealing with social status of individuals – children, women, elderly and other vulnerable groups of citizens. 4.it influences improvement of standards, through provision of scholarships to high school students and rewards through competitions fondacija@hemofarm.com www.fondacijahemofarm.org.rs

3. About us The seat of Hemofarm Foundation is in Vršac, at the address Beogradski put bb. In 2013, the office was also opened in Belgrade, at the address 18 Vojvode Stepe St. Hemofarm Foundation operates in the territory of the entire country and the region. Governing bodies of Hemofarm Foundation are: Management Board and Director. There are 6 employees in the Foundation. Hemofarm Foundation has been operating strategically for 21 years already, aiming at improving quality of life of the community. For that purpose, we have donated approx. Business Operations of Hemofarm Foundation in 2013 • According to the financial statements for 2013, Hemofarm Foundation stated total achieved income in the amount of RSD 126.6million, • Income from donations by the Founder RSD 72.7million (57.42%), and • Own income of RSD53.9 million (43%) • 1. Rental income of43.8 million(35%) • 2.
