ROUTES“Access To Training Via Mentor Supported Rural Learning Groups” • Markhópurinn eru aðilar sem hafa áhuga á að setja á fót lítil fyrirtæki tengt ferðamannaiðnaði og/eða handverki • Námsefni • Undirstöðuatriði í rekstri lítilla fyrirtækja • Sjálfsstyrking • Markmiðið er að fólk í héraði geti aflað sér menntunar (óhefðbundin menntun) heimafyrir í gegnum námshópa eða leshringi, án aðstoðar kennara

ROUTES“Access To Training Via Mentor Supported Rural Learning Groups” • A project sponsored by the Leonardo da Vinci programme, in which Holar College is a partner. • Partners from Estonia, Scotland and Ireland. • Increased access to learning materials and ways of studying. • Training of local mentors, who mediate their knowledge and skills through the Routes project.

  6. ROUTES“Access To Training Via Mentor Supported Rural Learning Groups” • Target group: individuals and groups who are interested in founding small and medium enterprises in tourism and/or crafts. • Learning materials: • Basics in operating small and medium size enterprises • Self-esteem, interpersonal skills and networking. • The aim is for local people to access learning through self-directed groups using materials written for the project.
