Official definition: The number of Adults and Dislocated Workers who receive training services who are employed in the 1st quarter after exit and receive a credential/certificate by the end of the 3rd quarter after exit divided by the number of Adults/Dislocated Workers who exit during the quarter.

    • Customers who do not receive training services are excluded.

  • Based on standards developed or endorsed by employers

  • Does not include certificates in recognition of generic work readiness skills.
