  5. 2.1.- Export Apogee 1- Se connecter dans le domaine « Résultats » 2- Utiliser le menu: Délibération - Edition de Procès Verbaux

  6. 2.2.- Sélectionner la Session d ’Examen Sélectionner la Session d ’Examen

  7. 2.3.- Sélectionner l ’Export de PV 1- Décocher « Edition » 2- Cocher « Fichier » 3- Cocher « Quelques »

  8. 2.4.- Sélectionner le PV à Exporter 1- Cocher le PV 2- Cocher «Immédiat»

  9. 2.5.- Préparer le Nom du Fichier « .txt » 2- Copier ce Nom 1- Sélectionner le Nom du Fichier .txt 3- Cliquer sur « Accepter »

  10. 2.6.- Taper le Nom du Fichier « .txt » Le répertoire d ’Export Le Nom du Fichier 1- Sélectionner « APO_PV.TXT » 2- Appuyer sur Ctrl + C 3- La boite doit contenir maintenant, le chemin et le nom du fichier .txt. Dans cet exemple : C:\TEMP\G1ECOG_RNPV.txt 4- Cliquer sur « Ok »

  11. 2.7.- Création du Fichier .txt Le nombre champs exportés (environ 15 champs par élément) Le Fichier .txt est créé A ce stade, on peut quitter Apogee

  12. 3.1.- Import Excel 1- Démarrer Excel 2- Ouvrir le fichier Excel 3- Activer les macros

  13. 3.2.- Lancer l ’Import Excel Cliquer sur «Importer depuis APOGEE» Feuille(s) des données importées Quelques indications Cette feuille contient toutes les macros Feuille prototype des relevés de notes Feuille prototype des procès verbaux

  14. 3.3.- Rechercher le Fichier .txt 1- Rechercher le fichier .txt 2- Cliquer sur «Ouvrir»

  15. 3.4.- La feuille « Menu » après Import Le nom du fichier .txt L ’en-tête du PV exporté Le nombre d ’objets exportés Les objets exportés Le nombre d ’étudiants du PV Les étudiants du PV

  16. 4.1.- L ’édition des PV Le nombre d ’étudiants par page Ordre de tri des étudiants 1- Sélectionner la feuille prototype du PV 2- Cliquer sur « Créer le Procès Verbal »

  17. 4.2.- Le PV prêt à être imprimé Le PV est créé dans une feuille « Temp »

  18. 4.3.- L ’aperçu avant impression du PV
