Many people in the fashion industry are surprised that it has taken this long. You can't deny that it's made its way into offices in recent years, with graphic T-shirts replacing formal shirts, jeans replacing trousers, and sneakers. Traditionalists in the hip-hop scene may believe that it diminishes the individualist side of things, and that streetwear has become too popular and mainstream.
