PEOPLE WITH PURPOSE ARE POWERHOUSES OF POSSIBILITIES. • If you stay inside your Comfort Zone, you will never be able to expand your horizons. • When you step outside the circle of the Comfort Zone, you challenge yourself and make your circle larger. • Challenge yourself - you only stand to learn from the experience. • You can not strive for perfection if you do not know what your imperfections are. Reignite Your Passion • You have to believe in yourself. • Decide what it is that you are passionate about and go after it • Get positive encouragement from others – this will empower you!! • Give yourself internal encouragement • Make the decision not to sit this dance out • This is your dance…so dance!

  5. How to Improve Your Self-Esteem • Take Stock of Your Strengths • Reflect briefly on Your Weaknesses and “get over it” • Distance yourself from negativity (people, places or things) • Act confidently • Take steps to improve your appearance and feel better about who you are

  6. How to Stay Balanced • Prioritize • Focus • Break it down • Create support • Learn to say “NO” • De-Clutter your life

  7. Tips • You hold the key to your success • You have control of the situation – you can change that blemish in your character • Do not base judgments of yourself on what someone else thinks of you- people are fickle • Do not let other people rule the direction in which you are going
