  • Working Group 1, held on 19th November 2009

  • SEMO & RA met December 1st to develop options paper

  • Options impact assessed for Working Group 2, held on 23rd February 2010

  • Consultation Paper issued by SEMO for response by 19th July 2010

  • Five responses favour Option E

  • Three responses favour Option A+

  • One response recommended either option

  • Remaining three responses supporting Option E from service providers

  • Working Group 4 scheduled for August 2010

  • There is no clear consensus from the consultation responses

  • SEMO proposes that two T&SC modifications be drafted

  • One modification for each Option

  • SEMO requests approval to seek fuller impact assessments

  • Noting response from BGE, SEMO recommends Participants also impact assess system changes for both Options

  • Working Group 4 can review and discuss both modifications and costs

  • If no consensus can be reached, both modifications should be submitted to Modifications Committee in September with full Working Group report for final decision
