  • New Requirement to make referral to SEA

  • MUST enter data within 2 weeks for the action occurring

  • This system will be used for measuring compliance

In the past 12 months, 8,483 children, birth through age two, received developmental screening and services through Part C Infant Toddler Services. This is an 11.4% increase over the previous 12 months.

Actions were taken generally on Federal Compliance Indicators 1, 7, 8 (parts b and c), and 14.

Corrective Action Plan letters3 (9 sent in 2011)

Mixed Letters 6 (15 sent in 2011)

(Finding and Release on one Indicator, Corrective Action Plan on another)

    • Looked at the a % of the number of children served by individual programs compared to those who asked for funding.

    • Funded a minimum of $2,500 or what was asked for, whichever was less.
