  5. Procurement Agreements Across the SUS Master contracts for post-storm activities will ensure best price (avoid price gouging) and service, i.e., debris removal, roofing, drywall, hazard mitigation and after storm assessment. Board of Governors, State University System of Florida

Full-time Emergency Management Position A fulltime position at each university dedicated to emergency management is needed due to: the increased demand to anticipate and respond to emergencies; to better ensure the safety and welfare of the university community and its facilities; and; additional requirements at federal, state and local levels to better coordinate responses to emergencies.   10. Emergency Management Trust Fund Allowing universities to access funds immediately and get damaged facilities up and running.
