  3. Process • Governance • Size matters • Selection or election • Usual suspects? • Accountability • Culture • What do you do with those “originals” ? • Legal • Type of legal entity • Assets and who may benefit from them • Grafting or separate planting? • Marketing

Risks • Time • Decision Making • The Will • The Culture • The Skills • The Structure All NDC’s have existed for the last 8+ years to give money away - The only reason that the plan will exist is to deliver further money, in whatever form and shape, to continue the regeneration of the area after the NDC funding stream runs out – sustainability.
