  2. Objectives (1) PROGRESS REPORT ON SLA IMPLEMENTATION • This document contains a report on the progress of SLA implementations, verification and further developments. It also includes analysis from stakeholders in relevant activities, such as NA4 and SA1 • Evolution of the site A/R measurement since the beginning of the project • League table • Changes in the A/R calculation (if any) • Follow up with sites and most common problems identified • How the figures have increased since them? Objectives (2) Evolution of the SLA signing process, describing also the major obstacles found Compare with what we said we would do in the related milestone we had at the first year Evolution of the site A/R measurement since the beginning of the project, as used by the Vos: • We should cover the HEP and Biomed experience Plans for the second year • Description as presented by John To change: View -> Header and Footer

Status Deadline for submission M 18 (2 months delay) Answers to ROC SLA Questionnaire received from the following ROCs • CE, CERN, DECH, NE Input is required from the other ROCs Open Issues: • VO specific SLAs ? • should we include the SEE-GRID template? (it includes resource allocation clauses – not going to be implemented, proposed as a template only. • should we ask for input from HEP and Biomed VOs or we just use the gridview results? • Possible comments might be needed if there are differences between the generic SLA and the VO specific SLAs • The VO opinion on the quality of the infrastructure might be a good feedback.
