After logging in, you will be automatically directed to your HSIN Home Page and will then be able to look at your list of communities and select the Community of Interest from the list on the bottom right (“Your Communities”).   12. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Setting an Alert Choose the type of change you want to be alerted about and how often. Then click OK. When your specified change occurs, you will receive an email letting you know Announcements has been updated. UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

  16. DOCUMENT LIBRARIES: Adding Documents • There are two ways to Upload Documents – the first is using the default All Documents View. • Select Upload Document. (Make sure you’re in the right folder if you need to load it to a specific one.) • Fill in the appropriate information including everything with a red asterisk which is required. • Please mark everything Unclassified. Do not process Classified information on this system. • If a document (like the IAP) contains identifiable US Persons information, please make sure to note this using the drop-down box.   18. MAPS, GRAPHICS, AND MODELING LIBRARY Anything pertaining to imagery, mapping, remote sensing reports etc are being stored here. The IRSCC, NOAA and other agencies have been sharing information. Anyone can upload into this area. UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

  19. RESOURCE REQUEST TRACKING (ICS CG) UAC and the ICPs Logistics unit have their own area to document their ICS data. Certain people are assigned to input this information and certain users are given extra permissions to modify this information UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

RESOURCE REQUEST TRACKING: Adding a New Item For LOGISTICS USE ONLY in each ICP or UAC NOTE: Clicking the Title bar of the Resource Request Tracking web part will open another view to input, export to spreadsheet, edit in datasheet and change different report views UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY
