  2. * Objective: to test the hypothesis that Einstein, and not Newton, was correct in calculating the Angular Change* Our calculated change was 1.4826 au, compared to Einstein’s 1.7, and Newton’s 0.85 au.* Our average was basically half way between Newton and Einstein.

  3. * Fail to reject both Einstein and Newton’s hypothesis

  4. Slide * Number observations needed at 90% CI to reject either Einstein or Newton is 29. * The next solar eclipse is June 1st, 2011 and can be seen from the arctic coast in western Siberia
