Team Avis System Charter Method (s) Used: SDLC Analysis Critical Thinking • Problem/Mission Statement: • Team Avis aims to add value to a company by researching and implementing three methodologies • By utilizing 3 methodologies, we will be able to help a company become more efficient and maximize profitability. Dates: February 2011– April 2011 Sponsors: Temple University, Fox School of Business Professor Than Lam • Objectives: • Research and analyze three methodologies. • Perform a cost/benefit analysis to define the consequences of each methodology. • Analyze the progress after each methodology has been implemented • Determine if each methodology should be reused in future projects. Team Members: Alicia Iezzi Valerie Spinosi • Scope: • 10 page paper that evaluates each methodology • List pros/cons of each methodology • Recommend how each methodology can be used in the company • Present a 10 minute presentation describing the research and suggestions. Estimated Project Costs: $4,400 total cost Estimated by $100 per hour. 5.5 hours a week (8weeks) 44 hours • Deliverables: • 10 page paper that evaluates each methodology • 10 minute PowerPoint presentation
